Stage 4 Lung Cancer How Long Can Someone Live How Long Will You Live With Stage 4 Lung Cancer?

How long will you live with stage 4 lung cancer? - stage 4 lung cancer how long can someone live

In reality, nobody can say how long.As above depends on the type of cancer and individual.Unfortunatly Step 4 has progressed very far, and 5-year survival rate for all species is about 1-3%.

My husband was diagnosed March 2006 20 He went through chemotherapy, radiation therapy, Gamma Knife procedure and took a drug called Tarceva. good results (it is very expensive, but it hadd must ask for it) Unfortunately, my love, June 6, 2006. Spend as much time as possible with the person and let them do what they want, whenever they want. It is a terrible disease.

It depends on whether and when metasticizes cancer. My husband was, which was 3 months to live after the cancer, detected because of a brain tumor. He lived for 3 years before he returned and finished his life. I read stories of people who survive much longer. So we put on whether, when and where they returned. It also depends on what you do about the tumor because it appear. My man often in the brain and body, and there was nothing to do.

It depends on whether you go through a treatment of 4 months to 1 1 / 2 years.

I am sure you will find it a bit on the Internet to check out something like www.ask.com and type, but more importantly, why do not you ask your old man? If you have been diagnosed with something, then of course we have one, but if you follow a specific timetable, rather unfortunately, that can not be estimated. Everyone is different. And every body reacts differently to different diseases, there is no way you will give you a fixed time frame, only proposal valued and perhaps even a little crazy.

It really depends on the type of tissue (smallcell lung cancer / squamous / large print, etc.) and the extent to which cancer has spread throughout the body. When a cell lung cancer is usually less than 6 months. For other types of lung cancer in stage 4, which can range from week to 2 years.
My oncologist is the best person to give more details.
