Praline Frosting
1 / 3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon flour
1 / 3 c nuts, chopped
3 TB butter, melted
1 TB water
Mix well and spread on warm cake. Place

4 large egg whites
3 / 4 cup sugar
1 / 4 tsp. Weinstein
1 teaspoon of tea. Vanilla
3 / 4 pound butter (3 sticks)
1 / 3-1 / 2 c. Praline paste

Step1Whisk protein, sugar, 2 tablespoons soup. Water and cream of tartar in a large stainless steel bowl.
Step2Set the bowl in a large pan filled with 1 inch of boiling water. Water depth should be as high as the depth of the egg whites into the bowl.
Step 3: Beat the egg whites on low speed to read, until the mixture registers 140 degrees F on instant thermometer. Be sure to meet anytime and anywhere, while the container into the boiling water.
Step4Beat the mixture at high speed until it reached only 160 degrees F, 2 to 4 minutes.
Step5Remove bowl from the pan.
Step6Add vanilla and beat at high speed 3 to 5 minutes to cool the mixture.
Step7Using onetro beat bowl, creamy butter.
Step 8: Take a tablespoon of egg white mixture and butter and mix well. Continue to beat in half the egg mixture in large spoonfuls.
Step9Scrape other protein mixture and beat until light and fluffy. Set aside.
Step 10 Stir the praline paste to freezing. Use immediately.
