The worst thing is that open when I use specific links, I can not play or use the link, QuickTime, because the good work abducted. Files that were previously known to play in Windows Media Player, and are not intended to WMP, the same thing with the files that are normally open in RealPlayer. How do I restore the default values that are regularly in my computer from the pain caused extensive in-the-***? There is no option in the Quicktime file for the default player takes a little longer! And I have not yet found a way to increase the floor again! And not just say, uninstall it, as some facilities are needed to run certain applications, I know because I've tried before! The first time you run install QuickTime, QuickTime assigned to do all the files that he is able to do so.

The best way to solve this problem is to remove the files using QuickTime completely uninstall and reinstall again.

This time, while the Installation Wizard, locate and select relevant programs work correctly, you run QuickTime.

Alternatively, you can scroll through the Options or Preferences QuickTime and try to see if you have a QuickTime file extension that should be able to work to change this. (I have never used QuickTime).

Switch to uninstall QuickTime using the standard Add / Remove your control panel. Even if a Windows version of the latter's QuickTime software from Apple (Mac) and do not work correctly in Windows.
Check here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_ ...
I'll let you play mov files without the use of QuickTime.
Then click on the Tools menu in MyPC then Folder Options, then File Types and select WMA, WMV and other files that you want to restore and click the Restore button (if available) to restore the file associations.

The phrase you are looking for file associations.

Open any Explorer window.
Open the Tools menu, select "Folder Options".
Click on the tab "File Types". [PS I assume you are on Win XP)
Find all file extensions to Quicktime and set it manually again pwned.
Or open Windows Media Player. Take your Options / Preferences / Settings / whatever, and select the file types that you be connected with this program. I hope this helps. Shoot me an e-mail if you need further assistance. Good luck to you.

You can remove. You can do this only works if you choose to run. I have run the movies I get from my camera, and for certain applications is required. Was selected as the default player, you can change that.
